Art's Way roller mills enable you to mill top quality feed from your corn or small grains, using lower horsepower and creating less dust. The innovative design and smooth efficiency of our roller mills makes all grains more palatable and digestible by fracturing each kernel's outside hull, allowing digestive juices to penetrate more rapidly. The consistent particle size produced with an Art's Way roller mill also provides increased bulk, allowing animals to eat more rations and better assimilate the digestible nutrients. All of this results in better feed conversion, giving your rolled grain an advantage over the traditional milled product used by feed production operations.

Our roller mills are heavy duty and durable, offering a number of features that enhance safety and consistency. We use Tuf-Cast iron rolls, 10-inches in diameter, that are heat treated to create a hard surface and unbreakable core. They can be re-grooved several times for extended life, and the heavy cast iron split case makes roll replacement fast and easy. The rotating handle enables quick roll settings of different particle size, and once in place your settings stay put - no roll spreading or repositioning, letting whole grain through. You can also change over from corn to small grains in seconds. An eccentric adjustment and shear on the adjustable roll protects the mill against overloading, while the agitator assures uniform grain feeding. Other obstacles that might block grain from flowing into the hopper are moved through smoothly, and our proven release system allows tramp metals to flow through the rolls and expand the opening, diminishing the opportunity for damage.

Art's Way roller mills are offered in 10-inch, 20-inch or 30-inch widths, and available with flat or sharp grooves. We can match the grooves to your feed processing needs (5, 7, 10 or 12 grooves per inch). Art's Way roller mills are designed to save you time, money and effort.

Today's feeding operations are now recognizing the advantages of rolled grain. Art's-Way's RollerMill provides you with efficient milling for top quality feed from your corn or small grains and does it with lower horsepower requirements. Rolling feed minimizes dust while providing more palatable and digestible feed for improved feed conversion. The rolls are constructed from heavy 10" diameter cast iron roll which can be regrooved several times for extended life. The mill can be set by rotating a handle for quick roll settings of different particle size or changing from corn to small grains in seconds. Our proven release system will allow tramp metals to flow through the rolls and expand the opening to lessen damaging effects. Art's-Way RollerMills are offered in three (3) widths - 10", 20", or 30". Available with flat or sharp grooves, the Art's-Way RollerMill can be matched to your feed processing needs by using 5, 7, 10 or 12 grooves per inch. The 20" and 30" RollerMills can be stacked two high for more uniform particle size allowing feed to actually be rolled to a course particle size and the finished rolled to a final size.
Heavy-Duty: The Art's-Way RollerMill is super strong and durable throughout. It is accurately machined and balanced for smooth operation. Tuf-Cast Rolls: The big 10" diameter cast iron rolls are heat-treated to give a hard surface and a tough unbreakable core. The heavy cast iron split case makes roll replacement fast and easy. Consistency: Set the rolls and they stay in the same position. Rolls don't spread apart when overloaded and let whole grain through. The eccentric adjustment and shear on the adjustable roll protect the mill against overloading. Uniform Feeding: An agitator assures uniform feeding of grain into the rolls and moves through straw or other obstacles that might block grain from flowing into the hopper opening. More Palatable and Digestible: Rolling with an Art's-Way Roller Mill makes all grains more palatable and digestible by fracturing the kernel's outside hull letting the digestive juices penetrate more rapidly. Consistent particle size produced with an Art's-Way RollerMill provides increased bulk allowing animals to eat more ration which better assimilates the digestible nutrients. This allows for improved feed conversion. Rolling feed reduces dust in feed.
Roll replacement is easy with our heavy duty split cast housing design. The cast housings are bored to exact dimensions, keeping the rolls in parallel position.
Art's-Way offers a roll speed differential ratio to match the RollerMill to your application. From cracked or crimped feed for cattle to ground feed for swine.
The eccentric adjustment of rollers maintain a more accurate spacing than spring loaded rolls. Roll settings can be changed in seconds.
Internally, feed is agitated continually to maintain an even flow of material into the rolls. The magnetic grate stops tramp metal from entering the rolls.
Art's-Way offers flat or sharp groove roll designs. The flat groove roll insures proper grain crimping or cracking. Sharp groove rolls increase mill capacity while achieving desired micron particle sizes. The choice of 1:1 or 1:1.12 roll speed differential allows more cleaning action.
