| CLAAS LINER 3000 Large Scale Rake |
<< Rakes < CLAAS
|

The high-performance rake for true professionals.
The LINER 3000 is designed for extra high work rates and is the right choice if you find that the raking process is a production bottle neck. The four rotors effectively double work rates compared to dual rotor models. In one single pass, 41 ft. (12.5 m) of crop are turned into a uniformly shaped swath and laid in the centre of the machine. The clean and precise box-shaped structure of the swath allows the clearing machinery to achieve optimum crop intake.
When used with the JAGUAR forage harvester, the LINER 3000 boosts performance.A gain of up to 20% in forage harvester performance has been reported by many users. Faster forage harvesting speeds and a reduction in down times greatly improve efficiency. The market success of the LINER 3000 is proof of how the consistent development of key harvesting systems has made CLAAS the trusted partner of professional farmers and contractors.

The advantages of a curved path
The hallmark of the CLAAS LINER family is a uniform, clean swath. This working precision relies on the intelligent tine control system.
Continuously lubricated, hermetically sealed control head.
Steel cam track rollers operate in liquid lubricant. Completely maintenance-free tine arms.
Low wear and tear, maximum service life and all year round reliability. The cam track works in a wide radius to cut out excess effort on the rollers. The rollers run smoothly round the track and this lack of strain contributes to a very long life cycle.

Perfect ground contour following guaranteed.
Not every field is even and smooth β undulating, hilly ground is also part of the day to day business of harvesting. To master conditions of this kind, perfect ground contour following is essential. The CLAAS contour chassis makes covering each contour out in the field a piece of cake.
Free-moving rotor frame, completely independent of the main frame.
Perfect ground contour following for any ground profile is achieved by means of the ability to turn in two directions β with and at right angles to the direction of travel.
Capable of high speeds thanks to the stability of the chassis.
The wheels are positioned close to the tines to allow for even, clean raking across the entire working width.
The result is clean crop pick-up and protection of the stubble. |
 |
Rugged hitching
Hooked up firmly to the lower tractor linkage.
Single wide angle PTO shaft.
Road speed up to 50 km/h.

Running gear options
High flotation tires prevent damage to the stubble and guarantee safe on-road transport.
Two tire options available, tailored to individual field requirements.
LINER 3000 conforms with national legislation β hydraulic, air or without brakes.
250 hour lubrication interval for all drive shafts.
Reliable drive train with low maintenance requirement for minimal down times at busy harvesting times.

New PROFIX tine arms
Easily released U-shaped frame for tine arms.
The tine arms are low-wear and sit securely in their brackets without play.

CLAAS Control Terminal
Silage preparation is always performed in a rush and this demands non-stop, maximum performance from harvesting equipment. Ease of control and operation plus lack of operator stress are essential to extract the most from the machines. A choice of equipment is available βthe familiar CLAAS CONTROL TERMINAL or the new CLAAS COMUNICATOR.
Direct push button activation of all necessary functions.
User-friendly control in combination with permanent oil circulation eliminates the need for separate manual operation of tractor functions.
The terminal is easy to reach in each cab, with a flexible bracket.
Large illuminated buttons prevent operator error, even when working at night.
Functional sequences are linked to make control easier. For instance, one push of a button retracts the outriggers, raises the front and rear rotors in succession and lowers the road travel running gear.
Alongside the basic functions, individual settings can be programmed at any time, e.g. lift height or time delay between rotors.
