Tractor Mount Control Switch

The rake wheels may be lifted independently left or right or both at the same time with the master switch, shown at left.

Windrow Width can be adjusted hydraulically

The windrow width on the HD II can be adjusted hydraulically to a maximum of 72". One hydraulic remote along with the electrical control box controls all the functions of the rake.

Offset Rake Wheel Beams

Because of the offset of the rake wheel beams, there is no need for center kicker wheels.

Rake Beams have Variable Adjustment

The HDII rake features rake beams with a variable adjustment to set the rake wheels straight or in a tilted setting, up to 10 degrees (patent pending).

Torsional Dampening Spring

The 60" rake wheels on the HDII rake feature UV treated poly wind panels, heavy iron gussets for superior strength, an over center wheel stop and torsional dampening springs for floatation.

Oil Impregnated Bronze Bushings

The rake wheel lift pipes slide in oil impregnated bronze bushings and also feature a rake wheel lock for transportation.

Easily Adjust Rake Wheel Ground Pressure

Rake wheel ground pressure can be adjusted with the threaded rod and nut on the end of the lifting pipes on each rake beam.

Anti-Wrap Hay Guards

Heavy duty tapered roller bearings are used in each HDII rake arm. Anti-wrap hay guards are standard equipment.

Adjustable Hitch

An adjustable hitch and jack and standard equipment. Ball hitch is optional.

Lights are Standard

Work lights and road lights are standard on HDII rakes.
