Large Diameter Beater/Poly Bond Floor
All spreaders utilize a bonded poly floor to reduce main apron drag and power needed to move the load.
Model 25 - Apron and Beater Levers
Apron & beater have separate engage/disengage levers.
Model 50 - Control Lever
Simply lower the control lever to engage the beater and main apron.
Main Drives - Model 25, 50, 80
Shown with safety shields removed. The beater is chain driven. The main apron is driven by a simple adjustable ratchet drive mechanism.
Heavy Duty Worm Gear Drive - Model 125 & 175
Model 125 & 175 use heavy duty worm gear drive for a positive drive and long life. (shielding removed for pictures)
Galvanized Box Sides/Apron Tighteners
The spreader box sides are constructed of corrosioon resistant galvanized steel. The main apron tightener bolts are located outside onn the lower right and left corners of the main frame.
