The new CMF-1000 has a capacity of up to 1,150 cubic feet and can hold up to 28,800 pounds of feed.
Featuring two augers, this twin screw unit is equipped with 18-1/4" serrated adjustable knives, allowing the user to control the machine's aggressiveness at many levels.
The large 24" by 40" door opening allows for quick and even unloading of all mixes.
The redesigned 36" unloading conveyor can be equipped with the optional 3-foot hydraulic unloading extension and HD magnets.
Heavy duty oscillating axles for even weight distribution on uneven ground.
24" replaceable steel wall liner on the inside lower position of the sidewalls.
Unload from the right, left or both sides with the optional extension.

Features
	Mixing Capacities The CMF-1000 Vertical mixer has a 1000 cu. ft. struck capacity that is increased to 1,150 cu.ft. with the standard 12" extension.
	CV PTO with 2-Speed Gear Box The CMF-1000 comes equipped with a heavy duty 1-3/4" constant velocity (1000 rpm) PTO or an optional 2-speed gear box. The 2-speed gear box iss used for loaded startups and heavy rations.
	Digi-Star 4pt Scale with choice of optional Digi-Star monitors The CMF-1000 comes equipped with the standard Digi-Star 4 point scale and EZ 3500 V monitor. All other Digi-Star monitors and scale heads are available. The Digi-Star system is powered by a standard onboard 12 volt battery. Digi-Star feeding programs are also available. 	Large 24" by 42" Unloading Door Large 24" by 42" unloading door for fast, even unloading and cleaning.
	Observation Windows The CMF-1000 has observation windows on the right and left sides of the machine. Standard safety equipment on each machine includes road lights and SMV decals.
	Tapered Boil Ring The Tapered Boil Ring is standard equipment on the CMF-1000. It prevents product from boiling over the sides during the cutting and mixing processes.
	24" Steel Wall Liner 24" replaceable steel wall liner on the inside lower portion of the sidewalls.
	88" Heavy Duty Twin Augers with 7 Knives per Auger Heavy duty 88" twin screw augers, with 18-1/4" self sharpening serrated knives, driven by 2 HD USA gearboxes that are covered by a two year warranty.
	Adjustable Vertical Knives Adjustable vertical knives for more aggressive cutting.
	Versatile 36" Wide Cross and Unloading Conveyor The CMF-1000 is equipped with a 36" wide hydraulic chain/slat unloading conveyor featuring: Cross Conveyor only with right or left hand drives Cross Conveyor with spouts or endgates Magnets are available for the spouts Cross Conveyor with 3' hydraulic conveyor extension. Available in right hand, left hand, or both right and left hand unload. The dual discharge unit can only unload from one side at one time. 	4 Point Scale 4 point scale for accurate weighing, with reduced scale bounce during loading and feeding.
	Heavy Duty Frame The CMF-1000 is built with a heavy duty 6" x 9" x 1/4" sleel tube frame for strength and longevity.
	Heavy Duty Oscillating Axles w/ 20 ply Ag Tires Oscillating heavy duty axles with 4 - 315/80 R22.5 20 ply tires. Heavy duty oscillating axles provide even weight distribution on uneven ground.
	Free Motion Clutches on Driveline Free motion clutches on driveline protect the heavy duty gear boxes. Gear boxes come with a two-year warranty. The two-speed gear box is used for loaded startups and heavy rations.
	Onboard 12 volt Battery The Digi-Star system is powered by a standard onboard 12 volt battery.
