H&S Manufacturing Hydraulic Push Vertical Manure Spreader
- Choice of bullnose or clevis hitch
- Poly bump rails
- Constant velocity PTO
- LED highway lighting
- The H&S hydra-push-off system on all models feature two hydraulic cylinders that sequence to reduce push-off forces and fast unloading of material.
- Heavy-duty rectangular tubing is used for the pole to ensure strength and long life.
- The hydraulic endgate has 2 cylinders with 3/8" tube for faster operation in cold weather.

- Vertical beater models feature reverse flighting on the top 21" of the beater flighting. This patented feature allows for an even spread pattern of material.
- All hydraulic push models use solid virgin grade poly with UV inhibitor for the floor and sides, allowing less friction.
- The hydraulic endgate has 2 cylinders with 3/8" hose and pipe for faster operation in cold weather.
- Heavy-duty rectangular tubing is used for the pole to ensure strength and long life.
- Structural channel floor supports are spaced 9 1/2" apart are used for maximum floor strength.
- Constant velocity PTO
- The bottom drive monobloc gearbox features a rear torque limiting PTO with an overrunning clutch that provides protection to the driveline.
- The hydraulic push-off system on all models features two hydraulic cylinders that sequence to reduce push-off forces for fast unloading of material.
- Beater blades are replaceable.
- Beater assembly is removable for stockpiling manure.
- Removal of the beater assembly is done by simply removing the mounting bolts and disconnecting the PTO gearbox driveshaft.
Beater Removal
The beater assembly can easily be removed from the manure spreader by disconnecting it from the beater assembly and removing the PTO from under the rear of the manure spreader. Remove the beater to frame attaching bolts, hook a chain to the eyes on the top of the beater assembly and lift the beater assembly out of the guide pin holes.
Monobloc Gearbox
The vertical beater bottom drive monobloc gearbox features a PTO assembly with a torque limiting and overrunning clutch that provides protection to the driveline.
Patented Vertical Beater Reverse Flighting
The top 21" of flighting on the vertical beaters is reversed to provide an even spread pattern. Unlike conventional vertical beater manure spreaders that will have a lighter area of material in the center, the PATENTED reverse flighting spreads material into the center of the spread pattern thus creating a even, uniform spread pattern.
Less Friction
All HYDRA-PUSH vertical beater models use solid virgin grade poly with UV inhibitor for the floor and sides, reducing friction with no freeze-up.
Center Drive System
A torque limiting PTO connects the center drive shaft to the vertical beater assembly (B). All HYDRA-PUSH manure spreaders feature structural channel floor supports spaced 9 1/2" apart for maximum floor support.
