The product is taken away from the belly pan augers with a 18" wide by 20' long high-capacity stacking conveyor. The conveyor height is hydraulically controlled. A hefty hydraulic cylinder transmits its lifting force to the conveyor through a strong steel linkage system. It's all controlled by an easy push or pull of a simple hydraulic lever.

The Electric H-1130's large Big Bite Tub is constructed of a 10-gauge steel floor and a 12-gauge steel side wall. The width of the tub is 11' 3" at the flare, 8' 11" at the base and is 50" deep. With this large tub, the H-1130 has the capacity to handle the largest round and square bales as well as loose hay.

The Electric H-1130's tub opens a full 90 degrees for easy access to the hammermill and drive train for daily maintenance and easy screen changing.

High-capacity grain grinding is another important operation that the Electric H-1130 can also accomplish. By removing the mill grate/slug bar, placing the optional grain-grinding hopper over teh hammermill opening and changing screens, the Electric H-1130 becomes a high capacity grain grinder for grinding and/or cracking feed grains.

The new hydraulic folding 24" wide by 26' long high-capacity stacking conveyor is designed for the increased capacity of the Electric H-1130. A rubber-lagged drive pulley along with Haybuster's "Easy Clean" idler pulley to power the belt. 1-1/2" high cleats help haul the ground product away at a high rate without slowing down, even when the hammermill is overloaded. The ground product can be piled up to 18' 6" high with the conveyor at the conveyor's maximum incline of 40 degrees.

The new heavy duty bolt-in mill grate/slug bar combination is designed to allow the operator the ability to change the number of mill grate bars and slug bars as grinding conditions change. Simply take off or add as necessary. A geyser plate can be added to prevent product from being tossed straight up and out of the tub.

The Big Bite 50" heavy-duty hammermill is now standard equipment and has been moved to the rear of the tub to reduce the length of the belly discharge, along with the increased area around and under the screens accelerates product removal and reduces the possibility of plugging. The heavy-duty hammermill operates at 2300 rpm or 40% faster than previous models and is constructed with 88-1/2" swinging hammers. The hammers have four hardened working edges that can be rotated to provide a new grinding edge. They are held in place with 1-1/4" case-hardened hammer rods. The mill plates are 1/2" thick and 16" in diameter. The hammermill is mounted on a 3-1/2" stress-proof shaft supported by 3-1/4" bearings. During operation, the swining hammers extend to a full 26".

The new dual 12" x 4' 6" belly augers are suspended by two heavy-duty bearings and are located at the base of the newly-designed screen area. The short dual-augers allow for a sealed under screen discharge area. The larger discharge area also provides for higher capacities and reduces the possibility of plugging.

The tub drive has continuous teeth around the tub and dual spring tensioners. Power is provided by a single hydrauclic motor controlled by the electronic governor.

The belt drive system for the hammermill has been redesigned with 8-5 VP belts to handle the increased rotor speed. increased horsepower capacity and to allow for changing of belts without removing the bull gear. The spring tension belt drive automatically adjusts belt tension as the belts stretch. Spring tension adjustment can be made through the side access door.

The DuraTech electronic governor is the reason for a smooth productive machine. This governor maintains a constant load on the tractor and driveline by adjusting the tub rpm which controls the feed rate of the material to the hammermill.
