Drive System
Model 5120 & 5126 features a sprocket reduction system with heavy-duty chain and an overrunning clutch with shearbolt protection for smooth power transfer.
Model 5134 & 5142 feature a heavy-duty gearbox reduction and an overrunning clutch with shear bolt protection for smooth power transfer.
Model 5142 - Hydraulic Lid
The hydraulic lid can be installed to open and latch from either side.
Poly Liner and Auger System
The left side poly liner allows material to slide to the auger. All auger systems hydraulically raise and lower a full 8" to break up material that may bridge during the unloading process.
Expeller System
The heavy-duty expeller system with a quick release, poly-lined, fine spread pan and side fins help cut the drift of material towards the tractor and spreader and provide an excellent spread pattern.
Paddles and Top Expeller
Reversible bolt-on square tooth paddles shred and rip material with a "Top Shot" action for an even spread pattern. The manual adjust top expeller sets the distance of the spread pattern, while the hydraulic cylinder allows adjustment for rate of application.
Slave Cylinder and Lighting
A master/slave cylinder system raises and lowers the main auger evenly to keep material moving to the expeller. The standard highway lighting system connects to the 7-pin tractor plug for added safety.
Hitch
Flip-over adjustable hitch for proper height adjustment.
Oiler System
All models feature an automatic oiler system to oil the drive system chains anytime the discharge door is raised. A scraper holder is standard equipment. Jack storage is on the left side of the manure spreader.
